Return of goods
Returns and refunds for consumers.
According to Article 50 of the CPA - Applies only to consumers - natural persons according to the CPA
Art. 50. (Amended - SG No. 61 of 2014, in force from 25.07.2014) The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract at a distance or from the contract outside the commercial establishment, without giving a reason, without owing compensation or penalty and without paying any costs, with the exception of the costs provided for in art. 54, para. 3 and Art. 55, within 14 days from the date of:
1. Conclusion of the contract - in the case of a contract for services;
2. Acceptance of the goods by the consumer or by a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer - in the case of a sales contract, or:
a) when the consumer has ordered many goods with one order, which are delivered separately, starting from the date on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, accepts the last good;
b) upon delivery of goods that consist of multiple lots or parts, starting from the date on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and specified by the consumer, accepts the last lot or part;
c) in the case of contracts for regular delivery of goods, which takes place during a certain period of time, starting from the date on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, accepts the first goods;
3. Conclusion of the contract - in contracts for the supply of water, gas or electricity, when they are not offered for sale, packaged in a limited volume or a specified quantity, and in contracts for the supply of central heating and of digital content not supplied to material carrier.In connection with Article 50 of the PPE, the consumer can return the purchased goods under the following conditions:
-no mechanical defects;
-the same must be in original intact packaging and have a commercial appearance;
-be accompanied by the attached warranty card and accompanying documents;
-no mechanical defects;
-The user is obliged to store the goods received from the supplier, their quality and safety during the period under para. 1./cited from www.kzp.bg/
In order to activate the return, you must contact the merchant who processed your order, he will inform you in a timely manner about the movement of the goods to us, in this case all the costs of the return are at the customer's expense.
The above-mentioned possibility of canceling the contract from a distance or from the contract concluded outside the commercial premises without giving a reason for this within 14 days from its conclusion DOES NOT APPLY to customers Legal entities.
All other conditions for returning goods are also applicable to customers Legal entities
When we receive the goods back, we will refund the amount you paid in one of the following ways chosen by you, namely:
- with cash on delivery by courier at your expense
- by bank transfer - to the account specified by you
In the event that you receive the goods in a form that does not comply with the condition of the order, or other goods other than the ordered, we will exchange it for you with delivery at our expense or refund you within 20 working days in one of the following options of you ways, namely:
- with cash on delivery by courier at your expense
- by bank transfer - to the account specified by you.
